What are you going to do
As a Senior Sales Consultant at MvR DW, you play an essential role in proactively expanding our customer base and promoting our growth trajectory. You work closely with our management and team leads to engage large governments, multinationals, and fast-growing SMEs in our propositions and services and together improve the services and operations of our clients.
At MvR DW, it goes beyond your job title; it’s about the impact you make. You are a connector and bridge builder between our clients’ challenges and the possibilities of our services in the area of Hyperautomation. You help companies map out their needs in process optimization and know how to arouse their interest in who we are and what we can do for them. Together with our consultants and developers, you make our promise come true.
We help clients write a transformation story, where we position ourselves as a partner of an organization and embark on a journey of digital change together. You meet clients not with a standard PowerPoint presentation, but with a story that inspires and motivates. You listen to their wishes, dreams, and challenges and offer a solution with a new future perspective in which technology and innovation serve the client organization.
Your responsibilities include:
Identifying potential clients and proactively approaching prospects within governments, multinationals, and fast-growing SMEs
Developing and executing pre-sales strategies for sustainable partnerships
Participating in various events and networking sessions to understand the needs and challenges of clients and offer tailored AI solutions
Collaborating with internal teams, particularly RPA & AI, to collaboratively develop and bring innovative propositions to market
Creating compelling proposals that highlight the added value of our AI solutions
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Identifying opportunities and new developments in the market and feeding them back to our RPA & AI teams and translating them with marketing into new campaigns

Additionally, we aim to expand and strengthen our expertise in AI within the business sector.
How to qualify for the role:
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or consultancy sector, and demonstrable expertise, such as independently acquiring new clients within the mentioned segments
An ambitious and natural connector, who wants to collaborate with an AI team and does not hesitate to explore new paths outside the beaten track
A curious mind and 'hunter' mentality with a passion and basic knowledge of Hyperautomation, particularly AI
The ability to have high-level conversations with both middle management and C-level management, understanding the essence of their needs and advising solutions based on those needs and our services
A proactive, energetic, and results-oriented attitude.
What are the employment conditions:
A salary between € 5000 – € 8000,- based on 40 hours, depending on experience
Travel expenses reimbursement or the possibility of a company car
