Have you recently completed your studies in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or something related to these subjects? Do you want to elevate your technical or communicative skills to a higher level? If so, read on quickly and let us take you through the role of Junior RPA Developer & Consultant!

The Public Network (TPN) offers you, in collaboration with MvR Digital Workforce (DW), the opportunity to step into the world of RPA (or Robotic Process Automation). MvR DW is the knowledge holder in the field of RPA and related technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.

Within MvR DW, developments in the tech world are closely monitored to respond accordingly. This provides advice to various clients such as municipalities, government institutions, and multinationals. The aim is to provide the client with solutions and advice regarding technology to achieve process optimization.

Here you can think of tasks such as identifying RPA opportunities with clients and designing, developing, and implementing digital assistants with UiPath. You test, validate, and monitor the RPA processes, provide support to end-users, and will keep track of developments within RPA and AI to continue stimulating your own knowledge and skills as well as the solutions for our clients.

This traineeship thus combines a passion for technology, process optimization and social responsibility.

The traineeship

At The Public Network, we help you step by step to master the profession of RPA Developer. Our traineeship starts with a five-week UiPath training, where you learn how UiPath works and how to develop digital assistants. But that's not all, as we place great importance on your personal leadership. We are happy to guide you in the building of the traineeship!

In our traineeship, the following three learning lines are central:

Subject matter component: This component consists of getting to know the expertise of UiPath and RPA. In addition, Scrum, LEAN and other important methodologies and skills will also be addressed throughout the program.

Professional component: Within this component, we emphasize the development of essential skills that will help you in your role as a consultant. Think of skills such as integrity, advisory and communication skills, and expertise in change management – you choose the subjects that interest you and grow in the direction that suits you best.

Personal leadership program: Finally, there is your own development. In our opinion, this is the core of the traineeship. In the first one and a half years of your employment, a coach will guide you in personal leadership. Each person is unique and requires specific attention, hence the focus on individual guidance. Your coach and co-participants support you in discovering yourself throughout this program through, among other things: theoretical and practice-oriented assignments, two-day sessions with overnight stays, and intervision sessions. You will explore your challenges, learning goals, and pitfalls and learn to leverage your personal qualities. Personal leadership not only contributes to strengthening your position as a consultant but also to your further career and life.

After the traineeship?

After 12 months in the traineeship, you independently manage your client portfolio or are part of a larger RPA team at our clients. You continue to refine your consultancy skills. After the second year, you specialize as an Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) Consultant in one or more areas of the profession. Once we know what your wishes, needs, and qualities are within the profession, we will look for a project that fits you perfectly.

How do you qualify for our traineeship?

  • You have the ambition to grow and value personal development.
